E1412 – Distarch Phosphate | China Manufacture and Supplier

Product Introdution
Acetylated Distarch Phosphate is a type of modified starch produced under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The production process generally involves two main steps:
Cross-linking:
Using multifunctional cross-linking agents such as sodium trimetaphosphate or phosphorus oxychloride, two starch chains are interconnected. The structure can be represented as:
Starch–O–R–O–Starch
where R is the cross-linking group, and Starch refers to either the linear or branched starch structure.Acetylation:
By applying acetic anhydride or vinyl acetate, hydroxyl groups on the starch are esterified, with some of them replaced by acetyl groups. This modification improves the stability and functionality of the starch.
Throughout this process, Taichy ensures strict quality control and advanced manufacturing practices. The resulting Acetylated Distarch Phosphate products are characterized by excellent stability, versatility, and safety, making them widely suitable for applications in the food industry.
H/S code: 3505.10.90
Quality Certificates: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), ISO 22000, ISO9001 , the Halal and Kosher standards.
Packaging: 25 kg, 500kg and 1000kg bag
Origin: China Henan Luohe
Functional uses
Thickener:
Provides desirable viscosity and texture in soups, sauces, gravies, and dressings. It maintains consistency even under conditions of heating, cooling, or freezing.Stabilizer:
Prevents separation of ingredients in food systems, ensuring uniform appearance and prolonged shelf life. It enhances freeze–thaw stability, making it particularly suitable for frozen foods.Binder:
Improves cohesiveness in products such as bakery fillings, processed meats, and snack coatings, helping ingredients hold together and reducing syneresis (water leakage).Emulsifier:
Assists in blending oil and water phases, improving dispersion and creating smooth textures in dairy products, sauces, and emulsified beverages.
Applications
Bakery, meat products, noodles, sauces & dressing, dairy products, frozen foods, snacks, batter mix, tapioca pearls and so on
